The results of the scrutineering process are out:
Most violations lead to warnings. Tulip Racing received a penalty as some individual body parts did not form closed solids. The individual warnings issued to Vortex Racing could have stayed warnings as it is a new team but as the violations probably add a lot to the vehicle performance (a much larger rear wing!) and were so easy to spot, they in combination lead to a penalty. The penalty for Mercury Motorsport is also mostly because a high rear diffuser increases vehicle performance a lot.
