The cars have passed scrutineering. Some cars are just reentered submissions from last race. Unfortunately for some that meant repeated rule violations that have lead to penalties. Among these are TeamRacing, SHM and PurePowerRacing. For Pure Power the penalties add up to three. Further issues in the images:
